Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack premium produce (lettuce, spinach, melons)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop fields through planting, weeding, and pest control
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Work efficiently in varying weather conditions (heat/humidity)
- Follow all OSHA and H2A program guidelines
- Collaborate with diverse team members in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work 10-hour days, 6 days/week during peak season
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
