Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems) with proper training
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality control standards
- Work efficiently in diverse weather conditions including heat
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet daily production targets
- Maintain accurate records of crop activities and inventory
- Participate in safety briefings and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability for 40-50 hours/week during peak season (Mar-Sep)
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
- Willingness to live on-site provided housing
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
