Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops according to farm standards
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures as directed
- Perform field maintenance including irrigation setup and soil preparation
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Assist in packing and processing harvested produce
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities and yields
Qualifications
