Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops according to quality standards
- Operate and maintain farm equipment with proper training
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops using industry best practices
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Perform general farm maintenance and field preparation
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets
- Participate in crop rotation and sustainable farming practices
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid work authorization documentation
- Prior agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
