Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of seasonal crops, ensuring high-quality output.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload harvested produce onto trucks and pallets.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and field sanitation.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to meet daily production targets.
- Adapt to changing weather conditions and work schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A certification or eligibility for sponsorship.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift 50+ lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Basic English proficiency for safety communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Previous agricultural experience is a plus but not required.
