Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers)
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment sanitation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with packing and sorting harvested produce
- Work in various weather conditions as required
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Columbus worksite
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
