The Role
We are looking for individuals who are physically fit and ready to work outdoors. You will play a crucial role in our harvest season, ensuring our crops are handled with care and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting a variety of seasonal crops.
- Inspect crops for quality, size, and ripeness before harvesting.
- Load, unload, and transport agricultural produce to packing and storage areas.
- Maintain and clean farm equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure safety standards.
- Follow all agricultural safety protocols and regulatory guidelines (H2A requirements).
- Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, and cold.
- Collaborate with crew members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility for H2A sponsorship.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills for safety and team coordination.
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
