Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops following safety protocols
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, pruning, and crop inspection
- Maintain equipment and farm facilities in optimal working condition
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure production targets are met
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
