Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (lettuce, citrus, vegetables)
- Operate farm machinery under supervision
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment safety
- Adhere to H2A program regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with irrigation and field maintenance tasks
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
- Report crop quality issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Mesa, AZ
- Commitment to 6-8 month seasonal contract
- No prior experience required (training provided)
