Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks associated with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Inspect crops for quality and ensure proper packing and storage standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A regulations while on the job site.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship is required for non-US citizens.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of agricultural processes is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
