Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in various weather conditions.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery, tractors, and farm equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect fields for pests, weeds, and diseases, reporting findings to supervisors immediately.
- Load and unload produce, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Follow strict agricultural schedules and shift requirements, including early mornings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess valid legal work authorization in the United States.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor for extended periods.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or farm labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long durations.
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to the worksite.
