Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting agricultural crops.
- Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under direct supervision.
- Perform manual labor including weeding, hoeing, and pruning.
- Maintain field cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload products from trucks and storage areas efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
