Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures as directed
- Maintain farm equipment and perform routine maintenance checks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets
- Document daily farming activities and inventory levels
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 2 years of crop farming experience
- Ability to operate farm machinery safely
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
