Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)

- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Document daily farming activities and yield reports

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous agriculture experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
