Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain provided farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures
- Perform equipment calibration and safety checks
- Assist with packing and loading harvested produce
- Follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) standards
- Participate in team-based farm operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior farm equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work 45-60 hour seasonal weeks
- Knowledge of crop-specific handling techniques
- Team player with strong work ethic
