Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, pruning, and crop inspection
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling equipment and pesticides
- Maintain field cleanliness and organize harvested produce
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and water management
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial agriculture
- Ability to operate farm machinery with proper training
- Physical stamina for 8-hour outdoor work in varying weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours during peak season
- Clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
