Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors and harvesters, safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and pack agricultural products for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks for extended hours.
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and supervisors regarding daily tasks and production goals.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2A visa or be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in agricultural or farm work is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, based on crop requirements.
