Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting and sorting of crops in various weather conditions.
- Operate agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect produce for quality and pack according to industry standards.
- Follow all H2A compliance regulations and workplace safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks and equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme heat and outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Physically demanding work requiring the ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long hours.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for site transport).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is a strong plus.
- Must meet H2A visa eligibility requirements.
