Responsibilities
- Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of seasonal crops in compliance with H2A regulations.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and storage facilities.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding crop status and operational needs.
- Load and unload produce using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or willing to obtain H2A visa sponsorship.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of machinery and farm equipment is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
