Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to schedule.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment (tractors, loaders, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain farm cleanliness and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues to the farm manager.
- Load and unload produce for transport to packing facilities.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and farm protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess valid US work authorization.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Valid government-issued ID.
