Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting, sorting, and packing of seasonal agricultural produce.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment (tractors, loaders, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect crops for quality, disease, and ripeness to ensure premium standards.
- Follow strict safety protocols and environmental regulations on the farm.
- Assist in general farm maintenance, including cleaning, irrigation, and fencing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Adhere to all company policies and schedule requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (H2A visa holders encouraged).
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or farm labor is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the primary worksite.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
