Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and packaging
- Adhere to strict food safety and pesticide handling protocols
- Assist with greenhouse maintenance and soil preparation
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
- Report crop health issues to farm supervisors
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship (must be outside US during application)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid passport from eligible country
- No prior agricultural experience required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Clean background check and drug-free
