Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest premium crops using modern farming techniques
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and implement integrated pest management protocols
- Perform quality control inspections and sort harvested products
- Maintain farm facilities and equipment in optimal working condition
- Adhere to all safety regulations and sustainable farming practices
- Collaborate with team members during peak harvest seasons
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills (Spanish fluency preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and extended hours
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
