Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting, weeding, and sorting of high-quality agricultural products.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and harvesters, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all team members.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly at all times.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to meet daily production goals.
- Adapt to changing weather conditions and work shifts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor conditions, including extreme heat.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic English language skills are preferred for safety communication.
- Must be available for full-time seasonal work, including weekends and overtime.
