Responsibilities
- Harvest and sort seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides per EPA guidelines
- Maintain irrigation systems and field infrastructure
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and pest control
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in team-based field operations
Qualifications
