Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform manual crop cultivation, planting, and harvesting tasks
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures
- Maintain field sanitation and equipment cleanliness standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize harvest efficiency
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packing operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/farm experience
- Ability to work 10-12 hour days in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work weekends during peak harvest periods
- Clean background check and drug screening required
