Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse labor, including loading, unloading, and sorting materials.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments for distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required for EB3 Unskilled classification).
- 2 years of verifiable work experience in a related labor or production role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
