Responsibilities

- Machinery Operation: Safely operate standard industrial machinery and equipment (training provided).
- Quality Control: Adhere to strict quality assurance protocols to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and maintaining organized workstations.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow all workplace safety regulations (OSHA) and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a diverse team structure to meet daily production goals.
- Adaptability: Flexible to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as required by seasonal demands.
Qualifications
- H2B Visa Status: Must currently possess a valid, unexpired H2B nonimmigrant work visa.
- Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States on an H2B basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality, attendance, and strong work ethic.
- Communication Skills: Basic English proficiency to understand safety instructions and work directives.
