Responsibilities
- Operate Manufacturing Equipment: Safely and efficiently run standard manufacturing machinery and assembly lines under supervision.
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and organize raw materials and finished goods in accordance with quality standards.
- Packaging & Labeling: Perform packaging duties, ensuring all products are securely packed and accurately labeled for shipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse area.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S principles.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team structure to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with no prior professional experience; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic English Proficiency: Ability to understand and follow basic English instructions.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Eligibility: Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States or require visa sponsorship (EB3 category).
