Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials between storage areas and vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform basic machine operation and assembly tasks according to safety guidelines.
- Inspect products and finished goods for quality defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors regarding production schedules and tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills required for inventory and safety documentation.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- No specialized technical degree or prior experience is required (Unskilled position).
