Your Responsibilities
As a General Laborer or Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure inventory accuracy and timely distribution.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers in a safe and efficient manner using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Sort, package, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery (training provided) such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship available).
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions for outdoor duties.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
