Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Assist in packaging and preparing products for distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- No prior experience or specific technical skills required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
