Responsibilities
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure products meet strict industry standards.
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow detailed work orders and supervisor instructions to meet production targets.
- Assist in inventory management and record-keeping processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills (essential for safety and communication).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Must be eligible or willing to undergo the EB-3 visa sponsorship application process.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
