Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and plant.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work areas to ensure safety standards.
- Follow detailed production schedules and adhere to quality control protocols.
- Package finished goods for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (currently in the US or willing to relocate).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English proficiency (reading and speaking) is required for safety training.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory for EB3 classification.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
