What You Will Do:
Our ideal candidate will be a hardworking team player who can maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Packaging: Inspect, pack, and label merchandise for shipment, ensuring all items are secure and properly documented.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, verifying data, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Work Authorization: Valid H2B visa status (or eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends during peak season.
