Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production tasks according to strict quality standards.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if necessary.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship provided).
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
