Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Packaging: Package goods securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inventory Control: Assist in counting stock and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Assembly: Perform basic assembly tasks and prepare products for distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid ID or proof of eligibility to work in the US (EB3 Visa sponsorship provided).
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
