Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production tasks according to blueprints and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality output before packaging.
- Load and unload materials and finished goods using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors to adapt to changing workflows.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment requiring standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills are necessary for following safety and operational instructions.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
