Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and janitorial duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and shipping containers using hand trucks or forklifts (training provided).
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and sorting of products according to established standards.
- Monitor production equipment for malfunctions and report issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Complete daily shift logs and report any irregularities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills required for safety checks and documentation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid identification documents required for visa processing eligibility.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.
