Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budgets
- Identify emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research labs
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee patent development and IP portfolio strategy
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD researchers and engineers
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech summits (Davos, CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology from lab to market
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, or clean tech
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Experience securing $100M+ in government/private grants
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies or patents
