Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews across international teams
- Lead agile development cycles using Jira and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across 3 time zones
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in hackathons and innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Proven ability to work in multicultural environments
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architectures
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
