Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive "Workplace 2026" strategy, focusing on hybrid work models, flexible arrangements, and remote-first principles.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and automation tools, to streamline operational workflows and decision-making processes.
- Conduct in-depth workforce analytics and trend forecasting to identify gaps in talent acquisition, retention, and skills development.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to drive organizational change management initiatives and culture transformation.
- Develop employee experience (EX) programs that prioritize inclusivity, mental health, and continuous learning in a digital-first environment.
- Evaluate and recommend new collaboration platforms and communication tools to enhance team connectivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR strategy, Organizational Development, or Future of Work consulting.
- Proven success in developing and scaling hybrid and remote work policies for global or distributed teams.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to drive evidence-based strategy.
- Deep understanding of the impact of AI and automation on the future of work and labor markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
