Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reporting.
- Build and nurture a network of industry contacts to ensure a steady flow of talent.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
