Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify hiring needs and define role requirements
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern recruitment strategies and ATS tools
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and educational institutions
- Coordinate logistics for hiring events including scheduling, venue setup, and candidate communications
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and diversity initiatives
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires post-event
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in tech, healthcare, or finance sectors
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and managing high-volume hiring pipelines
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and video interviewing platforms
- Strong communication skills with experience conducting behavioral and technical interviews
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to travel between New Orleans and Texas event locations
