Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and apply pest management treatments
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Collaborate with farm supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of prior agriculture experience
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions with variable temperatures
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for manual labor (8-10 hour shifts)
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Commitment to 3-6 month seasonal contract
