Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers) following safety protocols
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers under EPA guidelines
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and inspection processes
- Assist with field preparation, planting, and post-harvest cleanup
- Adhere to H2A program regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to undergo background check
