Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including vegetables and fruits
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides following safety protocols
- Perform irrigation system maintenance and field upkeep
- Sort, pack, and load harvested produce for shipment
- Adhere to all food safety and company standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, weekends, etc.)
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
