Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including tomatoes, peppers, and strawberries
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain field hygiene and implement pest management protocols
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for market distribution
- Adhere to safety standards and quality control guidelines
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets
- Participate in crop rotation and soil preparation activities
Qualifications
- Previous agricultural experience or willingness to learn farming techniques
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability to work 40-60 hours per week during peak season
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
