Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening via phone and email to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate feedback, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Manage data entry into Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn.
