Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key technical positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to hiring managers promptly.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and refine search strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
